Claudia Carollo practices in the Firm’s commercial leasing and development / offering plan practice groups. On the leasing side, Ms. Carollo works with building owners and tenants on complicated office, retail, restaurant, and ground leases throughout New York. She also assists the leasing group in representing one of the largest retail tenants in the United States and several prominent hospitality groups. In her young career, Ms. Carollo has also begun to develop a specialty in restaurant leasing and recently worked to successfully negotiate a long-term lease in downtown Manhattan on behalf of new restaurant membership club. On the development side, Ms. Carollo represents institutional developers, investors, and lenders in connection with the creation and governance of residential, commercial, and mixed-use condominiums and cooperatives. Her involvement in both leasing and development has allowed her to work with a large array of both commercial owners and commercial tenants throughout New York. Ms. Carollo graduated from Saint Joseph’s University, summa cum laude, in 2019, and Fordham School of Law, in 2022, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Fordham Environmental Law Review.
