BENJAMIN P. SIEGEL practices in the general real estate group with a focus on development and offering plans. Mr. Siegel works with institutional developers, investors, and lenders in connection with the creation and governance of residential, commercial, and mixed-use condominiums and cooperatives, and the acquisition, disposition, financing, and leasing of commercial and luxury residential properties. Mr. Siegel also has extensive experience in commercial litigation and assists clients in the evaluation, litigation, and resolution of real property disputes.
Prior to joining Starr Associates LLP, Mr. Siegel practiced high-stakes commercial litigation at a nationally-recognized firm with an emphasis on business and environmental disputes involving substantial financial or business exposure. Mr. Siegel graduated from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, magna cum laude, in 2014 with the Business Honors concentration. Mr. Siegel served as an Associate Editor on the Hofstra Law Review.
